1. These terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Camp Easy website and any stay you reserve at Ranger Creek through this site. By browsing, submitting a form, joining the list, or completing checkout, you agree to them.
The operator is Camp Easy at Ranger Creek. We host a winter mountain experience at Crystal Mountain, Washington — 6 miles from Mount Rainier National Park, ~90 min from Seattle.
2. The property
Stays are at Ranger Creek, Crystal Mountain, WA. The mailing address on this site is Ranger Creek, Crystal Mountain, WA 98022. Crystal Mountain resort access is next door. Getting Here has the pin, drive notes, and map.
This is a winter mountain experience, not a hotel and not ordinary camping. You are buying a night in the mountains that connects two days of skiing — communal dinner, village life, and honest good discomfort. Tents are standing with cots and mattresses, heat, and no pitching. Ranger Creek is open 365 days a year.
3. Stays you can book
The site offers three stay types. Each stay page lists how many people that stay sleeps, what is included, and the nightly rates.
- Bell Tent — a heated canvas tent with cots and mattresses. You do not pitch it.
- Airstream Basecamp X2 — the adventure trailer stay at Ranger Creek: a cot with a mattress, heat, and a kitchenette.
- Basecamp X2 + Bell Tent — the Basecamp X2 plus one Bell Tent on the same nights, if that tent is available. Also listed as Group stay. Combined stays are priced 15% less than booking each alone.
Inventory is limited. When a night is taken, the calendar marks it Taken and you cannot reserve it. “Limited spots” on this site means nights fill; it is not a promise of a specific number of tents or trailers.
4. Booking on this website
Reservations are made on this website. You pick dates and a stay from the homepage, a stay page, Book Now, or All stays. The nights go in the cart, and you finish at checkout. You will not be charged until you complete checkout — or until you settle at camp if you choose Pay at camp at checkout.
Check-in is the first date you click on the calendar. Check-out is the second date. You may also drag a range. Check-out is the morning you leave; you pay for each night from check-in up to, but not including, check-out.
Stays are between 1 and 30 nights, with these minimums: the Basecamp X2 (and Basecamp X2 + Bell Tent) always needs at least 3 nights. Bell Tent stays on weekdays (Monday–Thursday nights only) can be 1 night. Any stay that includes a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night needs at least 3 nights — the whole weekend. The booking form accepts 1 to 40 guests; stay inside what that stay actually sleeps, or book Basecamp X2 + Bell Tent for a larger party. The person who books is responsible for everyone in the party, including minors.
A booking is not confirmed until checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation. Starting a stay in the cart, opening checkout, or leaving an email does not hold the nights by itself.
You can check out as a guest. Create an account to see past stays, change your password, and save addresses. Log in, register, and password reset are under Account in the header.
5. Prices
Each stay has a weekday rate and a weekend rate. Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Monday through Thursday nights use the weekday rate. A stay that includes both is billed as a mix of those nights.
Prices on the homepage, stay pages, and calendar update from the nights you pick and the stay you select. The order total at checkout is the amount due.
Weekend nights are in demand. The calendar may label them Most popular. That is a demand label, not a different contract.
6. Refundable and non-refundable rates
If you complete checkout at least 14 days before check-in, you choose a rate at checkout:
- Refundable — you pay the stay total as quoted. You may cancel for a full refund until 7 days before check-in. After that date, the stay cannot be refunded.
- Non-refundable · 30% off — you pay 30% less than the quoted stay total. The stay cannot be refunded or changed. The discount is for locking the dates when you book.
If check-in is fewer than 14 days away, that choice is not offered. The stay is charged at the quoted mix of weekday and weekend nights. If you need to move dates, write or call us — we will help when we can; we do not promise a free change.
7. Payment
Checkout collects your name, email, phone, and billing details so we can confirm the stay. Payment methods shown at checkout (including Pay at camp, when that option is offered) are the only ways we take payment for a website reservation.
“You will not be charged until checkout” means the calendar and cart do not bill you. Completing checkout creates the order. Pay at camp means you settle at Ranger Creek according to the method you chose.
8. Arrival, house rules, and damage
Arrival windows, quiet hours, parking, and guest count come with your confirmation. Stay inside the guest count you booked. Extra guests without our written OK can be refused or billed.
You are responsible for damage beyond normal camp wear — to the tent, Airstream, furnishings, or grounds — caused by your party. Report problems when you arrive so we can tell wear from new damage.
This is mountain weather. Roads, gondola, and park access can close. If a road or access closure makes the stay impossible, we work the dates with you. Ordinary rain, snow, or cold is not a cancellation by itself; Ranger Creek is built for four seasons.
9. Groups
Ski clubs, reunions, and small retreats can book a Bell Tent, the Airstream, or Airstream + Tent. Use Plan a Group Stay or Contact to map layout and dates. A group booking is still a stay under these terms. We do not guarantee exclusive use of the whole property unless we confirm that in writing.
10. Gift cards
Gift cards cover nights in a heated tent or the Airstream. They are a sales request, not an instant checkout product. You leave your email and notes (nights, Tent or Airstream, who it is for, an amount). We reply with options and email the code; the recipient picks dates later, subject to availability and these terms. A card is only valid once we confirm it in writing and issue the code.
11. Newsletter and other forms
The homepage Sign Up form and the checkout newsletter box send your email (and name, if you give it) to our Camp Easy list. We use it for ski openings, summer weekends, and nights that fill first — not a weekly blast. You can unsubscribe from any message. Checkout opt-in is on by default; you can untick it.
Contact, date-check, and gift-card forms send your note, dates, and email so we can answer you. We do not sell that list.
12. Checkout reminders
If you enter an email at checkout and leave without placing the order, we may send spaced reminder emails until your check-in day, with a link to finish checkout and a link to stop the reminders. Completing the booking or using Stop these reminders ends that series.
13. The website, cookies, and data
We use a small cookie so the calendar, cart, and checkout can recognize the same visit. If you start a stay, we may keep the dates and stay you looked at, the kind of device and browser you used, and an approximate location from your network or the address you type at checkout. We use that to finish your booking and run the property, not to sell your data.
How we store and delete personal data is also described on the Privacy page. You can ask us to delete a signup or inquiry by emailing the address on this site.
14. Photos, reviews, and site content
Photos, copy, logos, and layout on this site belong to Camp Easy or our licensors. Do not scrape or reuse them without permission. Guest reviews on stay pages are other travelers’ opinions; they are not a warranty.
15. Outdoor risk
Ranger Creek is mountain lodging. You accept the ordinary risks of weather, snow, ice, wildlife, altitude, and travel to Crystal Mountain and Mount Rainier. We are not liable for lost recreation time, closed lifts, or park-gate decisions outside our control, except as we agree in writing when access to the stay itself is blocked.
To the fullest extent Washington law allows, Camp Easy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a stay is limited to the amount you paid for that stay.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you complete checkout applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms for later visits.
17. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in the state or federal courts serving King County or Pierce County, Washington, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
18. Contact
Questions about a stay or these terms: call +1 (206) 555-0123, email hello@campeasy.ai, or write Ranger Creek, Crystal Mountain, WA 98022. The Contact page has the same details and a map.
